Monday, Monday & some news about Alissa Jones' Pick a Paper Designs

Well, my husband flew out of state back to his job.  So, I'm single parenting it again until the end of the week.  *sigh*  It's getting a bit old.

But some fun scrapping news - Alissa Jones of Pick a Paper Designs has come out with a fun new kit called "Comic Strip Funnies."  It is so cute & great for those action & pretend play photos.

It's the Weekend!!!

Whew!  Hectic week.  I had planned on doing all my Christmas shopping & grocery shopping this past Monday.  Especially since Meijer was having 15% off everything.  But then came the snow & ice; and with that, 2 snow days.  I had 4-6 kids at my house.  And the roads were too icy to go out (a salt truck went into the ditch - ya know that's bad when that happens).

On Wednesday, Jacob had his Christmas concert that night.  Thursday, Ethan has his Christmas party at preschool and Jacob had a cub scout meeting at a nursing home to sing Christmas carols (so, we had to go).  Friday, Sydney & Jacob had their Christmas parties and the school assembly.  And right now, I'm watching the neighbor girl until one of her parents gets out of work.  Busy, busy, busy. 

At least Sydney and Jacob got their haircut before the Christmas concert and parties.  Speaking of hair cutting, Alissa Jones of Pick a Paper Designs has a new kit out at a new store!  She is now selling at 9th and Bloom and her new kit is called "A Hairy Tale."

Tuesday after Father's Day

Did everyone enjoy Father's Day?  We went to my brother's for a cook-out.  Yum!!!  I made some digiscrap pages for my dad and my husband.  I  printed the pages out and framed them.

'Til Tuesday

Today, my daughter has her Girl Scouts Fly-Up Program tonight. Her troop will help the Browine troop across the bridge to Girl Scouts. More photo ops!

Good Morning Everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! I was busy: field trip and birthday party on Friday, Horseback riding on Saturday and catching up on Sunday.

It's the Weekend!

It's Friday! It's Field Trip day!! That's a quote from the movie Madagascar. But actually, my oldest son did go on a field trip to a historical school today. They were to dress up like in the 1800's. Really cute. And my husband is home for the weekend.

I've been scrapping! I got a cute new kit by Alissa Jones' Pickapaper Designs called "Native Spirits." It's based on Brother Bear.
